I have no ties to big government and corporate organizations. That means that red tape, quotas, and commissions will never get in our way giving you the best service that is right for you without tossing extra fees and unnecessary expenses your way.

Broad Experience

I’ve worked at two major IT training companies, develop software, own and use all the major Operating Systems. You might be able to surprise me with your challenges, but you won’t stump me. I’ve already served clients with a wide variety of needs and prior knowledge.

Windows PC’s

  • The current version of Windows is Windows 10, if you have anything else, I strongly recommend upgrading
  • If your PC’s seem slow it may be because they have Hard Disk Drives (HDD’s) instead of Solid State Drives(SSD’s). All current modern Operating Systems work much better and faster with SSD’s, plus it’s a pretty easy upgrade on most PC’s.

Macs

  • The current version of MacOS is Sierra, if you are running an older version you’re not getting the features, security, and performance the current version has. I run Sierra on my Mac and suggest we talk about upgrades if yours isn’t on Sierra yet.
  • Just like on Windows, many slow downs on older computers come from not using a Solid State Drive (SSD). The good news is that the upgrade process is still fairly easy on a Mac if it’s able to, and even easier but more costly if you need to replace your entire Mac. I can help you look into your options and weigh costs/benefits.
